1.Open Outlook
2.Click the Tools menu, and then select Accounts
3.Click + (Add account), and select Other Email...
4.In the E-mail Address field, enter your full email address
5.In the Password field, enter your email password.
6.In the User name field, enter your full email address
7.Next to Type, select POP
8.In the Incoming server field, enter mail.yourdomainname.com
9.Check Override default port and Use SSL to connect
10.Enter an incoming server port: 995
11.In the Outgoing server field, enter mail.yourdomainname.com
12.Check Override default port and Use SSL to connect
13.Enter an outgoing server port: 587
14.Click Add Account
15.Underneath the outgoing server settings, click More Options
16.From the Authentication menu, select User Name and Password
17.Enter your full email address, and password
18.Click OK
19.Go to Advanced tab
20.Check Leave a copy of each message on server
21.Define for how long you need to keep the emails on server (one, two weeks…)
22.Click OK
